Walking from my home to Hahamatsu was the hardest and longest walk I have ever done my whole life. I was inspired by this guy on Instagram (shin). He has done a lot of walks and cycling around Japan, He was so kind to respond to my queries about his adventures. Check him out and see how crazy his walks are.
I didn’t use any fancy gadgets - only my phone and my watch. I walked 95% on this journey. The others, the local trains were more practical and safer when it was raining and the sun was setting.

My legs were starting to hurt and my pacing was getting slow and irregular. The last day of this adventure and it was so satisfying to complete the 4 day walk I set to accomplish. Back to Tokyo via Shinkansen at 20:00

My friends couldn't believe when I posted my journey on Instagram. One asked if I were going to do it again. I said ‘Yes’ but maybe for 2 or 3 days or if I get in shape and really prepare for it.
